Supply Lists:
Please bring supplies on your child’s first day of school.

Infants 1 & 2:

1 – Bottle labeled with the Child’s Name
1 – Week Supply of Formula, Cereal, and Baby Food labeled with the Child’s Name.
(Formula and Cereal must be encased in ziplock bag)
1 – Week Supply of Diapers and wipes to be left in the classroom
2 – Sets of Extra Clothes labeled with the Child’s Name
2 – Pacifiers (if needed) labeled with the Child’s Name
1 – Tube of Diaper Cream (if needed) labeled with the Child’s Name-must sign permission form

Butterflies & Ducklings:
1- Week supply of diapers and wipes to be left in the classroom
2- Sets of extra clothes labeled with the child’s name
1- 8 oz. Sippy cup with lid labeled with the child’s name
1- Blanket for naptime labeled with child’s name

Kangaroos & Bluebirds:
2- Sets of extra clothes with child’s name
1- Week supply of diapers to be left in the classroom
2- Boxes or refill packs of baby wipes
1 – 8 oz Sippy Cup, labeled with the Child’s Name
1- Small Pillow, pillowcase, and Blanket for naptime (MUST fit in cubby) labeled with the child’s Name
School Supplies:
2 – 16 count box Crayola Crayons (Large size, Not Jumbo) (NO Rose Art)
2 – Elmer’s X-treme Glue Stick
2 – Boxes of Kleenex
1 – Package of Super Heavyweight Assorted Construction Paper

Leapfrogs & Cottontails:
1 – 8 oz Sippy Cup, labeled with the Child’s Name (Leapfrogs Only)
2- Sets of extra clothes labeled with the child’s name
1- Small Pillow, pillowcase, and Blanket for naptime (MUST fit in cubby) labeled with the child’s Name
School Supplies:
1 – 16 count box Crayola Crayons (Large size, Not Jumbo) (NO Rose Art)
